Our Pellet Feed Production Line provides a turnkey solution for modern poultry, livestock, and aquaculture nutrition. Designed for high output and energy efficiency, it ensures consistent pellet quality and optimal feed conversion ratios (FCR). The system processes grains, straw, meat and bone meal, aquatic plants, and mixed organic waste into feed pellets for cattle, chicken, fish, and other livestock.
The line supports capacities from 1 to 100 tons per hour, with customizable pellet sizes ranging from 0.5 mm to 12 mm. Constructed with 304 stainless steel, it offers durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability. Voltages are configurable to 380V, 415V, 440V, or 480V, based on your local requirements. The complete system includes feed pelletizers, crushers and mixers, hammer mills, and other essential units.
Step 1: Raw Material Receiving and Cleaning
This system handles both bulk and bagged feedstocks. A cylinder cleaner and pulse dust collector remove over 98% of impurities. A permanent magnet separator isolates magnetic metals to protect downstream equipment.
Step 2: High-Output Crushing
The hammer mill’s water-drop chamber improves circulation and increases output by 20%. Adjustable hammer and screen gaps allow coarse or fine crushing.
Step 3: Batching and Mixing
Customized bins match your feed formula requirements. A single-shaft paddle mixer ensures uniform blending, with a coefficient of variation (CV) ≤ 5%. Models range from carbon steel to stainless steel with 1–80 TPH capacity.
Step 4: Pelletizing
Materials are pre-conditioned using steam in single or dual-shaft conditioners. Granulators provide stable, high-output pellets with belt or gear drive options.
Step 5: Cooling and Crumbling
Counter-flow coolers maintain pellet integrity. Pair-roll crushers adjust particle size for poultry starter feed.
Step 6: Sifting and Packaging
Rota-shake sifters remove dust and undersized particles. Automated packaging lines perform weighing, sewing, and optional palletizing for capacities of 1–40 TPH.
