Each cage consists of 3 or 4 tiers, with a cell depth of 1600mm, length of 3000mm, and height of 550mm. The metal feeding troughs and square water pipes (3mm thickness) are designed for durability and smooth daily operation. Cone valve nipple drinkers provide birds with clean water while minimizing spillage and waste.
The automatic system integrates feeding lines, water lines, manure removal, environmental control, and lighting. This automation improves efficiency, reduces manual labor, and ensures a consistent, comfortable environment for broilers.
During harvesting, the cage’s side mesh rises, and the bottom mesh conveys birds to a transverse conveyor. From there, chickens are transported outside the poultry house, where workers collect them using catching discs. This method reduces labor costs and minimizes bird injuries.
